Chef Justin Jennings is an Australian Qualified Professional Chef and Commercial Cookery Teacher with over 15 years experience.

During his career he has become a multiple award winning chef including in 2005 he was awarded North West New South Wales “Young Chef Of The Year”.

He has had many Head Chef roles throughout Australia and Asia, Including Zebu at Rydges Hotel Port Macquarie and 3 years at the head of 8 time winner of “Best Seafood Restaurant” Named “The Famous WhaleBone Wharf Seafood Restaurant”.

Justin’s Cuisine has a very international feel with influences from all around the world. As in typical Modern Australian Cuisine, his food often combines the best of multiple cuisines and cookery methods to allow for a unique and memorable experience.
