High-quality ingredients are freshly sourced according to each agreed menu. The menu can reflect Portuguese coastal and regional flavours without promising a particular supplier, market or product before availability is confirmed.
Travel and booking scope
Comporta bookings are available for single-day events. Transport, travel time and any accommodation are included in one custom quote. Multi-day bookings are available only in Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais.
Planning ahead
Book as early as possible. We recommend at least four weeks for normal dates and eight weeks for peak dates and seasons. The shortest accepted notice is seven days, subject to availability.
Availability confirmation, custom menu and quote are provided within 24 hours, often sooner, including weekends and holidays.
