Guest numbers
As a general rule, Justin caters for groups of 8 to 100 guests, with larger groups also welcome and scoped individually. Smaller groups may be possible, subject to a minimum booking value that varies with the requested date, season and current demand. The applicable minimum booking value is confirmed when you enquire.
Locations and travel
Service areas include Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Estoril, Ericeira, Setúbal, Comporta, the Algarve and the Douro. There is no travel charge in Lisbon or Cascais. A custom travel charge may apply elsewhere and is confirmed in your quote.
Kitchen and equipment
For short events, Justin brings knives, specialist chef equipment and cold-box storage. The property needs a working oven, hob, pots and pans, and a sink with hot and cold water. A BBQ is needed for BBQ events. Tableware and equipment hire can be discussed during consultation.
Dietary requirements
