AI Agent Enquiry Terms
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Purpose
These terms apply when a person uses an AI assistant, AI agent or compatible software tool to prepare or send an enquiry to Justin Jennings Private Chef.
What an AI Assistant May Do
- Read verified public information about the service.
- Help the client organise relevant event requirements.
- Check the general guest-count guidance and shortest accepted notice of seven days. Smaller-group enquiries may be possible subject to a variable minimum booking value.
- Display a complete submission summary for the client to review.
- Send an enquiry only after the client explicitly confirms that it should be submitted.
What an AI Assistant May Not Do
- Infer, promise or confirm availability.
- Calculate or promise a final price.
- Accept payment on behalf of Justin Jennings Private Chef.
- Claim that an enquiry, receipt or automated response is a confirmed booking.
- Submit personal information without the client's explicit approval.
- Send raw conversation histories or information that is not necessary for the enquiry.
Service Requirements
As a general rule, events are for 8 or more guests. Smaller groups may be possible, subject to a minimum booking value that varies with the event date, season and current demand. The applicable value is confirmed in a custom quote. Single-event private chef service starts from €85 per person.
Clients should book as early as possible. At least four weeks is recommended for normal dates and eight weeks for peak dates and seasons. The shortest accepted notice is seven days. All dates remain subject to personal availability confirmation.
Submission and Confirmation
Before submission, the client must be shown the event details and contact information that will be sent. The enquiry may be transmitted only after the client explicitly confirms the submission.
A successful technical receipt means only that the enquiry was accepted for personal review. Justin Jennings will confirm availability and provide a custom menu and quote within 24 hours, often sooner. A booking exists only after the applicable quote or agreement requirements have been completed.
Information Collected
An agent-assisted enquiry may collect the client's name, email address, optional telephone number, requested event date, approximate location, guest count, event type, dietary information, service preferences and event notes. The initial enquiry should identify the town or region rather than a private residential address.
Information is used to assess the request, contact the client and prepare availability confirmation, a menu and a quote. It is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Clients may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].
Acceptable Use
The agent enquiry service must not be used for spam, repeated duplicate submissions, impersonation, false contact information, security testing without permission or any unlawful purpose. Requests may be rejected when they violate these terms or cannot be safely verified.
Quotes and Private Contractual Terms
Published starting prices and service information are general guidance. The final scope, travel requirements, payment terms and private cancellation or legal terms are supplied in the applicable quote or agreement.
Changes and Availability of the Agent Service
The agent enquiry function may be changed, restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Current public service facts remain available through privatechef.pt.
