Justin Jennings Private Chef provides private dining and catering services in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, and the surrounding region. This policy explains how we handle your data on privatechef.pt.

• Respond to your enquiry with a custom menu and quote

We never sell your data to third parties.

AI Assistant Enquiries

When you explicitly approve an enquiry prepared by an AI assistant, we may receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, requested event date, approximate location, guest count, event type, dietary information, service preferences and event notes. We use this information to assess the request, contact you and prepare availability confirmation, a menu and a quote. We do not require the AI assistant to send your raw conversation history or private property address with the initial enquiry. See the AI Agent Enquiry Terms.

Technical Access Logs

For website security, availability and crawler/referral measurement, we retain privacy-minimised access logs for up to 14 days. These logs contain the request time, requested path, browser or crawler user agent, referring page and response status. IP addresses, cookies, authorisation headers and URL query strings are not stored.
