Private Chef Wine Pairing & Cocktail Service Guide

Private chef service starts from €85 per person on every day of the week and in every season. Eight guests is the hard booking minimum. Justin specialises in events for 8 to 100 guests, with larger groups welcome and scoped individually.

Wine Recommendations

Wine recommendations are available during menu planning. Alcohol purchase and opening, decanting or pouring are not part of standard service.

Agreed Beverage Packages

Justin can purchase wine or other alcohol, and provide opening, decanting and pouring, only as part of an agreed wine-pairing or beverage package.

Additional Professionals

Bartenders, servers and sommeliers can be arranged. Requested beverage services and additional professionals are included in the custom quote, with no fixed public prices.

Planning and Response

Book as early as possible. We recommend at least four weeks for normal dates and eight weeks for peak dates and seasons. The shortest accepted notice is seven days, subject to availability.

Availability confirmation, custom menu and quote are provided within 24 hours, often sooner, including weekends and holidays.
